The Launch Pad — Interactive e-Learning Platform

I am designing The Launch Pad, an interactive e-learning platform created for new Brand Partners at Opulence Global. This platform serves as a comprehensive business manual, guiding partners step by step in understanding the company, mastering the basics, and building a foundation for long-term success.

My role & process:

1. Goal Definition & Research
   • Defined the purpose of the platform: to help new partners onboard quickly, stay motivated, and gain the knowledge needed to succeed.
   • Researched e-learning best practices, focusing on interactivity and gamification to keep users engaged through every step.
2. Content Structure & Information Flow
   • Broke down the manual into clear, actionable learning modules, covering topics from business fundamentals to mindset and growth strategies.
   • Organized the journey into progressive steps to make the learning process structured yet approachable.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping
   • Created wireframes in Figma to visualize the flow and module progression.
   • Built a prototype with interactive elements (progress indicators, step-by-step navigation, quizzes/checkpoints) to encourage users to complete the entire program.
4. Visual Design
   • Applied a bright, motivational, and professional design style consistent with Opulence Global’s brand.
   • Incorporated icons, illustrations, and graphics to make the content feel more dynamic and less text-heavy.
5. Collaboration with IT Team
   • Shared the prototype with the IT team for development, ensuring clear handoff with design specs, assets, and user flow documentation.
   • Collaborating closely during the build phase to maintain fidelity between design and implementation.
6. Current Status
   • The project is under active development with the IT team.
   • My prototype is guiding the build, ensuring the final platform remains engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Outcome (in progress):
The Launch Pad will empower new Brand Partners with an interactive, step-by-step learning experience that is easy to follow, visually engaging, and motivating to complete. It will serve as a central blueprint for business growth within Opulence Global, helping partners start strong and stay committed.
