New Partner Dashboard — Major Platform Revamp

led the design of the New Partner Dashboard, the most complex and large-scale internal platform revamp at Opulence Global. This dashboard is the central hub for partners to track their achievements, update their profiles, and monitor business growth. It acts as both a performance tracker and a success tool, helping partners stay aligned with their goals.

My role & process:

1. Discovery & Research
   • Collaborated with stakeholders to fully understand business processes, partner workflows, and existing system challenges.
   • Conducted interviews and gathered requirements across multiple teams to map all needed features.
2. Information Architecture
   • Organized the platform into a structured, scalable architecture covering ~195 sub-pages.
   • Created a sitemap and detailed flow diagrams to capture all dependencies and use cases.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping
   • Designed low-fidelity wireframes to explore different layouts and user flows.
   • Iterated through feedback loops with business and IT teams to refine the experience.
   • Built a high-fidelity interactive prototype in Figma, ensuring clarity in navigation and usability across such a large system.
4. Visual Design & Consistency
   • Established a clean, modern UI that balances data-heavy views with clarity and usability.
   • Designed a component-based system to maintain consistency across 195+ sub-pages.
5. Collaboration & Handoff
   • Worked closely with the IT team during the design phase to validate feasibility and align with technical constraints.
   • Delivered a complete prototype with detailed specs for development.
6. Current Status
   • The project is under implementation by the IT team.
   • My design serves as the blueprint, guiding development and ensuring the dashboard delivers on both functionality and user experience.

Timeline & Scale:
This project took several months to design due to its scale and complexity. It is the largest revamp initiative at Opulence Global, representing a major step forward in empowering partners with a streamlined, data-driven platform.
